Registration and Payment
Your paid registration guarantees your seat in a course. Students attending a PMP exam prep course will be eligible to receive an access key to Velociteach InSite once tuition is paid in full (see Course Transfer and Refunds policies below).
Course Cancellations/Refunds
We allow students to cancel their registration any time 30 or more calendar days prior to their originally scheduled course date and receive a full refund. For students attending a PMP exam prep course, a refund will be provided minus the cost of course materials, if those materials were previously received. Fewer than 30 days prior to the originally scheduled course date, the registration fee is non-refundable; however, students may still take advantage of our course change policy (see Course Transfer Policy below).
Course Transfer Policy
You may request to reschedule or change your course location free of charge as long as you do so 14 or more calendar days prior to your scheduled class date. We will work with you to honor your request as space allows. If you need to make a course change within 14 days of the class start date, a change fee of $150 will be assessed. If a change is requested on or after the first day of class, a $300 fee will apply (see No Show Policy below).
No Show Policy
Upon completing your registration, 2 Steps Ahead will reserve a seat for you in the requested course. Any rescheduling must be done in advance per our written policy above (see Course Changes Policy). In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled course and you did not reschedule with 2 Steps Ahead by the previous business day, you will be charged $300 to transfer your registration to another course date.
Course Location Changes
2 Steps Ahead reserves the right to change the location of a course as long as it is in the same general vicinity as the location originally published. Students currently registered in the course will be notified via the e-mail address on file if a location change occurs.
